This was my partner and I’s first time dining at the Pine Street building. After looking for some place for both of us to enjoy, we came across their ramen and the chicken tenders. The BEST part was a tie between the flavor of the chicken and the absolutely amazing service from one of the chefs! A kind gentleman with ... a mustache (I didn’t catch his name), he not only made our “take out” order into a dine in one, but he also gave us a free sample and gave us an extra tender when he noticed of our pieces was smaller than standard. Pleasantly surprised! My normal spot Toya ramen was busy so I decided to pick another spot and this place definitely surprised me! The bowl of ramen was a strong 8 out of 10! The pork belly In the ramen was top notch!! 🤙🏾❤️

The Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen has some of the best broth I've ever had. Such a rich depth of flavor. I only wish that they had a deluxe bowl or something with more toppings like bamboo shoots, nori, corn, mushrooms, and some greens.
