Best of them all! My daughter and I are on a mission to try every Ramen in the Portland greater area, and after 20+ other restaurants, Matsunoki is at the top of our list. The Spicy Red Ramen (I add corn) is my favorite. I also tried a piece of chicken (it came with green curry sauce), and it was excellent. But really, the star of the show is their Ramen.

Absolutely loved the food here!! Not a ramen fan but this place has become a favorite. The menu boasts of a variety of options to choose and customize from. We ordered vegan Tokyo shoyu, vegan spicy garlic ramen and Singaporean chilli crab. 3 different spice levels, distinct flavors, all yummy. Decently prized, good quantity of food, value for money place. The staff is super helpful in further customizing the already flexible menu based on your needs. Tokyo shoyu and Singaporean crab were moderately spiced , the vegan spicy garlic ramen was the showstopper. I highly recommend this place.
